I know there is some rock music, but they need to also add Metallica and other more things so basically they just need to add a couple more and some of those so I just like those music and some of my favorites

The app looks great. It has impressive library of songs. The problem is it barely hears my guitar. I have electric guitar and if I play without an amp the app doesn’t hear me playing. Other similar apps work without such problems.

I tried this app to help me learn guitar, it’s good because it’s teaching me what to do but when i play for the lessons it’s slow or just doesn’t pick up sound at all and i know it’s not my phone so fix it please.

This is the beast guitar app ever because there is a choice you dont have to pay for it but you can if you want you can get a lot of other things i highly recommend it!

I am beyond frustrated, I was supposed to get a free trial but they charged me immediately for a whole year 65.39 I tried contacting them a few days ago and I get no response, also the stupid app does not even hear my guitar most of the time, i barely managed to get through a few lessons now the app won’t hear my guitar at all and since they won’t respond i guess i am out 65 dollars that they had no right charging me for. I feel like this is a scam at this point

This is really useful app , firstly I want to write about interface which is really comfortable for using , and secondly is library of songs( there are many songs from classical music to modern styles.

The free trial is not honored. The app took $59 when I created ID. I tried it for a day and did not like it. My money has not been refunded after I canceled subscription. Nobody is responding via email or online help.

Got tricked into paying for a year when trying for the trial. Now if I go to login no email of mine works and the app says the email doesn’t exist. I’ve tried my Apple ID and the hide my email address that was used to create the account but nothing works. Don’t pay for this app.

I started this yesterday and I have already finished all of the lessons but they say there are still skills to learn. I don’t understand why, and it’s driving me crazy. I’ve already paid for this and I’m mad that there aren’t anymore lessons on things. This app isn’t really for beginners once the lessons run out, because you have all these songs to play and barely any skills on how to play them. The only song I can play on there is seven nation army and I’m upset because I expected more from this, now I’m stuck with it for a year with no way to further my knowledge and understanding. The app needs WAY more lessons.

I tried to tune my guitar for the first time with this app and it kept telling me to turn it up higher and higher and then it finally snapped

I like the game because it has good songs but I don’t really like it because you have to stop and Basically buy every single thing in order to play so me the is stupid fix it know

This is the worst app ever with very poor customer service and they never will answer your mail and even if they answer too they don’t make sense. This app don’t deserve to be in the AppStore!👎👎👎 Where are my paid songs, they have denied me access to my paid songs. This app is full of scam don’t fall for it! Thieves refund my money back, still counting on apple support to take this app down.

Extremely confusing, i had it installed less than 20 minutes. Would not work or listen to me play.

I clicked on the free trial thinking I would get seven days free instead of charged me $60 and they refused to refund my money even though I’ve contacted them several times about the issues.. do not use this app!!!!

Pretty good app except the microphone isn’t that accurate. I had nothing running in the background yet the microphone wasn’t accurate even though I played all the notes perfectly.

I downloaded this app and was given the option to have a free trial. Of course I wanted it to see if I’d like the app enough to stay subscribed. Only to find out I was charged $60 ANYWAYS, and the app barely even worked. Apple refused to refund me even after explaining I wasn’t even supposed to be charged.

I was trying to learn guitar on my vacation and I tried a different app but it wasn’t free so I tried this game but the songs either won’t work or I’m really bad at them every time at the end of the achievement list thingy there’s a song and u have to get a perfect score to go to the next one! Every time I get a 0 because the mic wont take it I hate that if they could fix it maybe I’ll change my review 😠

I wish the price was better but over all it’s easy to use and help you learn fast

This is quite a good app, really it is. But I have one small problem. I finished some of the beginner lessons and went on to play We Will Rock You. This is my problem. The app kept on saying I was playing the wrong note well before I even played it. It’s no big deal to me, but it was quite annoying and led to me getting a 25% on the lesson and the app saying I played 18 notes wrong. Anyways, I would be really grateful if you guys could patch this issue. (Edit: Still a good app, I feel like I have to say that. It’s just a minor issue that the app doesn’t listen all that well)

Thought I’d be editing my ongoing review . But as it turns out apparently the multiple reviews from me and many others complaining about missing property must’ve had an impact. I’ve upped my very low rating from the past to a mid level 3 star .reason being that though I’ve still got missing lessons I paid (never listed my purchases and I bought too many to recall over the years ) a portion of them have been returned to my area within the app . I’m hopeful that the same lessons missing from before are still the only ones I’ll never use again. You may ask why am I’m giving g a 3 star review to an app that has more or less stolen from me.my reasoning is I still think the lessons are of high quality and the app lesson styles are very good . Also though I can’t stand subscription style lessons , main reason I used this app for like a decade is because I was able to own my lesson not rent them and learn at my own slow pace …..apparently some if not many must like this format .and for those people I believe they could learn with these lessons , they’re as good or better than most good lessons I’ve seen and used (and I used em all at one point or another lol) .

The only reason it gets a 2 star and not a 1 star is because it helped me in the beginning, it actually heard me and worked as intended, that is until when it told me to play and it would not work, I later found out it was where I was plucking at but it still didn’t work very accurately to the point where I had to use a amplifier to get it to hear and even then it STILL wouldn’t work very well, then after I while I got decently good from this and then it said oh wait she is getting too good let’s make her pay a trial, I mean CMON THIS WAS ACTUALLY WORKING FOR A SECOND 2/10 don’t buy

There are songs that are specifically designed for electric guitar playing but they display the lessons using acoustic guitar. Example in question is the song “Whole Lotta Love” By Led Zepplin. They displayed this whole song lesson on acoustic! This is a travasty considering paying a premuim level subscription. I have emailed support many times over the past years complaining about this and they always said they would correct it. Why are they using acoustic lessons on songs clearly was designed for electric guitar? Alot of artists are missing too. Joan Jett, Bryan Adams etc…clearly this app is very good but the way they promote the majority of songs on acoustic is not wotht the money

I was charged by PayPal three times in the amount of 14.00 dollars I never used PayPal for over 10 years. It’s interesting when I had to enter info through this app and this company wanted card info for a free trial when most free trials read off IP address. Be aware of apps people.

i tried to practice with this app and every time i try to go on a lesson i have to pay, like i’m not paying just to learn simple guitar riffs.

Immediately disconnected from AirPods and headphones. My guitar is completely out of tune from the stupid “tuner” more like trash!

So I was trying to find some of my favorite songs and all my favorite songs had subscriptions and it did NOT listen. I don’t recommend getting this.

Ok i kept on doin the chord or whatever it’s called like string one and fret 3 and I kept on doing it and it didn’t count it’s like it didn’t hear me I got so mad

I think this app is great, but when I go to today it doesn't even say institution is right or wrong. Then, I think the lessons are going a little too fast and it doesn't say if it's right or wrong. I just think yeah this app could be better.

I need a refund. What a rip off

I’ve been using this app inconsistently for many years and at first you could pay for each song you wanted to learn and take your time learning it. I’m a slow learner i have dyslexia. Then they did the amazing change where you could open any lesson for any song for free if you watch an advertisement first. It was awesome I was learning several songs at once and when I would get frustrated from one I could easily switch to the next and then back. But now I need a subscription to open up all the saved lessons I have made progress on. WHY? Even the songs I had initially purchased back when you could pay per song are no longer available to me. Again I ask Why? I’m switching to Rocksmith because a subscription to me is just not worth it. This app was an amazing way to learn guitar but again I’m a slow learner and I can’t afford the subscription. At least Rocksmith let’s you pay per song.

Another scammer app i guess. I have paid for a $19.99 subscription and i still can’t freely use the app. No customer service to help you resolve the issue. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

I gave this one star because while I thought It was free to at least learn a bit before I had to some Amount of money I was wrong I have to pay just to get even one Note played as a beginner
